DELIVERY IN FINLAND:

We send your order to the Posti pickup point nearest your address. You will receive an Email/SMS when it is ready to collect, and you can move it to a different point in the OmaPosti app at any time.

DELIVERY TIME:

Delivery is usually 2–5 business days after dispatch. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. We offer free shipping on orders over a specified amount.

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase if items are unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned items. Damaged or defective products are replaced at no cost. Tracking information is provided with every shipment. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your linens arrive in perfect condition.
